1. Information Collected By Hive

Hive collects information from both visitors and users. Collection occurs during direct and indirect access to the Service.  Hive collects information by tracking various actions across all offerings, including but not limited to your first and last name, email and mailing addresses, phone number, professional title and company name, time stamps, user posts, comments, clicks, views, browser type, access device, ISP, time spent in offering, personal data, names, screen names, and feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback or otherwise correspond with us online. We may collect other information which is not specifically listed here, but which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

 

Use of Information

Hive uses this information to see patterns that can lead to improvement in the Service. This information is also used to provide visitors and users comparisons on trends, patterns, and educational content. Impart also uses items such as user history, or visitor views to create marketing and ad campaigns.

 

2. Information You Provide Impart

Hive requests that users voluntarily provide personal financial data, along with emails, screen names, and first and last name.

 

Use of Information

Hive uses this information to provide a personalized profile for users upon login and give comparisons to other members, as well similar peer groups not in the hive. Hive does not share this information with third parties and will never, ever, sell it to third parties.

 

3. Information Collected From Outside Sources

Hive collects analytics from other services tied to its offerings such as mailings, surveys, and marketing services.

Use of Information

Hive uses this information to fulfill the profile requirements in user’s offerings. It also uses analytics from outside services to update visitors and users and improve offerings, targeted ads and marketing campaigns. We may send you Hive-related marketing communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications as described below.

You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us at support@hivewealth.co.  You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails. 

Do Not Track Signals

Hive does not change its behaviors when it receives a Do Not Track signal.

Cookies

Hive uses cookies to monitor activities by visitors and guests to better improve targeted ads and marketing campaigns. Cookies are also used to improve upon current and assist in the creation of future offerings.

Data Safety

Hive prioritizes the safety of all user data by using the high levels of bank encryption available. Hive protects user information to prevent unauthorized access or use of the data users have provided. As with any use of a device connected to the internet, there are also associated risks. With this in mind, do expect that Hive should not be expected to fully protect your data under all possible and unknowable circumstances. Hive uses security certificates on our website to keep in line with industry standards for safety.  Users are prompted to use strong passwords before fully engaging with Hive's offerings.

Residents of the state of California are afforded the right to request the following from Hive:

 

  1. Request the information Hive collects and how it is used

  2. Request that their information be deleted

 

Hive does not discriminate against anyone exercising these rights. Hive may not be able to comply with requests for deleting information when it goes against any local, federal, or international laws.
